Regulator: Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) - issues the 'Disposiciones de caracter general aplicables a las emisoras de valores y a otros participantes del mercado de valores' (Circular Unica de Emisoras, CUE), published in the DOF 19 March 2003, last amended 2 July 2026 per the document header. CNBV's own 'about' pages were not readable (TLS/anti-bot errors).
